
Anna Eydlish
Anna Eydlish is the Managing Director of 2 Peas Software Advisors and Bookkeepers and EWM Accountants and Business Advisors.
Anna graduated from Monash University in 1999 with both a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree. In 2010 Anna graduated further with a Masters of Law (Taxation) from Melbourne University. In addition, Anna also holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting (CA), is a Fellow of Taxation Institute of Australia, is a registered Tax Agent, a registered SMSF auditor and a registered Credit Representative.
Anna has over 21 years of practical experience in taxation, accounting and business advisory, with skills covering the full spectrum of tax and business consulting services, and strong focus on advising clients on a broad range of tax and business issues. Anna’s innovative and enthusiastic approach to problem solving and people-management is what has made her successful with the firms she runs today.

Maggie
Her experience spans over 15 years in bookkeeping using the latest cloud accounting software with the likes of Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks.
Maggie joined 2 Peas at the end of 2024, she has extensive bookkeeping knowledge.

Running her own businesses for many years, she has vast experience in all areas of business operations and shares a passion for helping SME’s.
Maggie has worked in many different industries so has a great understanding how businesses operate on different levels.

Matthew
Matt moved to Melbourne in early 2016 from country South Australia, where he had been working in an accounting practice
Matt joined 2 Peas Pty Ltd in that same year and has put his valuable accounting experience down to helping many valued 2 Peas clients with their bookkeeping and consulting needs. He has adopted the 2 Peas philosophy of cloud accounting and add-ons to help SME’s grow to their full potential. Matthew loves and uses some of our add-on software including ezyCollect, Dext, Hubdoc, Tanda, Deputy plus many more.
Kerry
Kerry offers bookkeeping, training and consulting services on MYOB Essentials, MYOB AccountRight and Xero accounting software.
She is also expert in an array of add-on software like Deputy, Magento, OneSaas, Waddle, WorkflowMax, SalesForce, Kounta, Buildxact, EzyCollect, Unleashed and TSheets to name a few. Kerry has a Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Certificate IV Financial Services – Bookkeeping and is a BAS Agent. Kerry has been part of the 2 Peas team since 2015 and shares a passion for helping SME’s. As an MYOB Certified Consultant and a Xero Certified Partner she can offer the best experience for our clients.
Julie
Julie’s professional background over the past 25 years has been primarily in Business Development across Hospitality, Recruitment
Financial Services and in the past 7 years with cloud based technology solutions. Julie joined MYOB in 2014 and for 6 years worked closely with Franchise Groups and Commercial Partnerships with their technology & bookkeeping solutions, helping make their business lives easier. Julie commenced her studies and career in accounting and has found this base of knowledge invaluable across all sectors she has worked in.
Lindsay
Lindsay holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from Swinburne University, Victoria.
With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping roles, Lindsay is proficient in utilizing various accounting software including Xero, MYOB, Saasu, and QuickBooks. As a member of the Australian Bookkeeper Association (ABA), Lindsay upholds professional standards and stays abreast of industry best practices. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Lindsay possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele.
Nicki
Nicki is a Senior Bookkeeper and a CPA Australia, Nicki completed her Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University, Victoria.
She is a qualified BAS Agent and certified in XERO and Quickbooks Online plus is proficient in MYOB, PRONTO ERP and SAP business tools. Nicki is highly organised and motivated and brings to the 2Peas her strong experience in financial management & administration. Nicki has excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Mandarin.
Kaylene
One of our longest serving employees and a valued team member who adores her clients and loves to get their books into shape.
She sets processes in place and ensures clients have a handle of their accounts so they can keep growing. Kaylene is a Gold Xero Certified Partner and a Xero champion as well as one of our MYOB experts who loves supporting the clients she manages. As a registered BAS Agent she prides herself on perfection! Kaylene educates our new franchisees including Boost Juice, Salsa, Cibo part of the Retail Zoo Group of companies on all things financial. Kaylene embraces add-ons like Tanda, Dext, Hubdoc, Kounta to name a few.
Rachel
Completed Cert IV in Bookkeeping and is Xero Certified Partner.
Rachel’s attention to detail is second to none, and with her friendly disposition adds value to any business. Her experience spans just over 7 years in bookkeeping using the latest cloud accounting software with the likes of Xero and MYOB. Rachel has worked in many different industries so has a great understanding how businesses operate on different levels.
Ron
Ron is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) in Australia. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce at University of New South Wales (UNSW).
Ron has extensive broad-based experience in all aspects of financial and management accounting, business analysis, corporate governance, risk management and auditing.
Ron has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay/Indonesian, as well as is verbally proficient in Mandarin.
Farnoush
Farnoush has Advanced Diploma in Accounting from Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) which she completed in 2011.
She is dedicated to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping to her clients and enjoys problem solving. Her experience covers a vast range of business and industries. She always happy to jump in to help or mentor those around her and has an eye for detail and improving of process to maximise efficiency.
Hayley
Hayley is responsible for the Administration function within the 2Peas.
She arrived from New Zealand in mid 2021 and completed a Diploma in Payroll Management in 2019 while teaching English abroad in Thailand. Hayley has a wealth of experience including 7 years of administrative office experience, primarily working with MYOB Payroll software plus over 10 years customer service experience. Hayley is always there to help out and answer any questions. She is a social butterfly around the work place and will always have a smile on her face.
Nick
Chartered Accountant, online integrations and bookkeeping expert with some serious IT skills.
Nick is a qualified accountant and business consultant with over 17 years’ experience under his belt supporting clients in an array of industries including hospitality, retail, manufacturing, engineering, wholesalers, not for profit and superannuation to name a few. Nick gives projects that he is involved with full attention in order fulfil client’s requirements. He loves developing business processes between systems as well as providing management solutions to SME’s. His passion for helping small and medium businesses has seen him take on many applications and tools that add value to our clients.
Nick continuously stays informed of the fasting moving world of technology and continuously upskills on the best of the applications to continue delivering the best outcomes to 2 Peas clients.
Nick joined the team at 2 Peas over a year ago as Consulting Partner, and works with products such as XERO, MYOB ARL & Advanced Payroll / Reporting, Practice Ignition, Unleashed, Kounta, Deputy, Maropost/NETO, Shopify, Woo Commerce and Office 365 to name a few.
